I am publishing my outlook calendar to webdav server with webdav server being Sharepoint portal (in a sharepoint custom list that I created) and till there everything works fine. When I add a new meeting in the outlook calendar I can see that it is synched with Sharepoint because a new version is created. The WebDAV sending function is a function for sending scanned image files, image files for received faxes, or image files sent from the Memory RX Inbox of the machine, to a WebDAV server directory on the Internet or your intranet, using the WebDAV protocol. Use the user names and passwords registered in the address book of the WebDAV server.

Your WebDAV handler will need to process the requests and dispatch the appropriate method handlers to handle the various HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, MOVE, COPY etc.). Which methods you support will depending on your required level of compliance with the various WebDAV server classes. In developing a WebDAV / CalDAV / GroupDAV server one discovers how thin the documentation for these protocols [outside of the often not very helpful RFCs] is. This book is the solution to that problem. If you work with WebDAV as a developer - buy this book, now.

The first book dedicated to WebDAV, WebDAV: Next-Generation Collaborative Web Authoring has just been published. Authored by WebDAV Working Group Co-Chair Lisa Dusseault, the book provides an in-depth description of the WebDAV protocol, and how to program it. Published by Prentice-Hall, pages. WebDAV: Next-Generation Collaborative Web Authoring is the complete guide to Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV), the IETF standard for Web authoring and wide area collaboration. Experienced implementer Lisa Dusseault - Selection from WebDAV: Next-Generation Collaborative Web Authoring [Book].

For groupware, GroupDAV is a variant of WebDAV which allows client/server groupware systems to store and fetch objects such as calendar items and address book entries instead of web pages.

For MS Exchange interoperability, WebDAV can be used for reading/updating/deleting items in a mailbox or public layer: Application. Next, pick the address book you wish to sync and choose among 3 vertical dots and select Link to this Address Book. Then, you can copy the CardDAV URL.

You must note that some SOGo releases still utilize as its server address in the URL of CardDAV, so you must change it into a real server address like https://.

WebDAV clients also enable users to edit and collaborate on files on a WebDAV server. The key advantage of WebDAV against other FTPS is the inclusion of additional properties like author and modification time of any file in its metadata. CalDAV and CardDAV standards are extensions of a WebDAV standard. WebDAV needs to be enabled on any client machines that will be used to create and manage content for Moodle.

The actual maximum number of files may vary, depending on the number of file attributes or file properties. By default, the WebClient service does not ask for specific WebDAV properties.

Therefore, the server returns all.The link you pointed at is not the WebDAV specfication, but the HTTP specification.

If you want to list the contents of a directory (collection) you must use the PROPFIND method instead, which should return an XML document with all the information.
